Anyone have experience with digital inclusion for older adult clients?
I have two clients who want to join online wellness groups but lack confidence with technology. Has anyone found an effective bridge — library sessions, volunteer scheme, or something at the SALC?

Client success — 6 months in, Margaret is now facilitating a walking group
Wanted to share a win with the network. Margaret was referred 6 months ago with severe social isolation. After consistent weekly contact and connecting her to our Thursday walking group, she's now a co-facilitator and says it's the highlight of her week. These referrals really do make a difference.

Tips for engaging Family Health Teams in Ottawa — any success stories?
I'm struggling to get consistent referrals from the FHTs in my area. Have used the Outreach Kit from Folder 3A, but getting past the front desk feels nearly impossible. Would love to hear what's worked for others, especially in urban Ontario settings.
